Week 1 Readings

The digital Turn in Architecture: a History of the recent past. 

The digital has embraces to the architecture world that provides the accuracy to produce multiples products within short amount of time. The digital turn in architecture has opened up to the world as an inspiration that represents the physical space of phenomena.
The architecture design has embracing the importance of the modern era through out the recent history of digital and its theory. During the early nineties architectural designs began to change, the innovation of changes has inspired architects to explore in some extent that persuade to think out of their comforts which it was rare for architects to know the virtual reality could represent essential alternative to the physical space of developments and building (Carpo 2013, p.8).  The new technologies mark its historical turning point as Carpo described it as a “fruit of the early modern techno-cultural invention of architectural notations”(Carpo 2013, p.8).  In some other aspects, young Architects have lost the importance of history because they have been opposed to the new machinery.

Architecture design has revolved by the new technologies; transformation has been a major role during the nineteenth century. The century of the new era has provided machine and technologies that dramatically improved human welfare and lighting human labour (Le Corbusier 2007, p.301).

Society has opened up and welcomes the machinery to provide the free hours to good use. Significantly no matter how powerful the machine could perform, human labour is still important.
